Blog Entry 7:Reflection and Evaluation

After I read the comments that my teammates gave me, I knew I have a clearly idea.  There is some fluency in some senternces and some grammar error.  That are I need to pay attention when I writing. Concerning on my essay,  I think my grammar is not well.  I need to check my grammar after I done writing.  I do not have  problem on writiing  a summary.  But there is one I warry about that is somethimes I do not have any idea can relate to my experience on my response.  My example is too genneral.   But I can not think expressly example to support my idea.  In addition, I think I am not good at origanzition。  I hope I will pass the CAW-Text in this semester.  I will do my best.

Hi Qun:

Below you will find my response for this blog series. This is not a grade, nor is it intended to be read as an evaluation of your performance in this class so far. The evaluation of the blog series may be found in Blackboard in the gradebook for this class and the grade is derived from a totally dofferent method as described in the syllabus. What you will see below is a response to your overall writing as of this blog series. The categories are from the CAT-W evaluation rubric (what the evaluator’s use). The comments below are intended to be both descriptive (what I see) and prescriptive (what you need to work on). I will be speaking with you personally about your current strengths and weakness during class. Please feel free to ask as many questions as you like about the following in class, during office hours, or in our FB groups.

Critical Response to Writing Task and Text: You are actively engaging the texts. Good work. I can see that you are thinking about the material in ways that connect with your life.

Development of Writer’s Ideas: You are using specific details to support your ideas. Keep it up!

Structure of the Response: The overall structure is fine, though we will work a bit more on "map thesis" which will help give your essays a clear structure.

Sentences, Word Choice, Grammar, Usage, Mechanics: Your writing demonstrates some issues in this category, which is to be expected. I can tell that, given time, your rewrites become fairly error free, but for timed essays you will need to get a bit more control over the language. We will work on this.

Very nice work so far!
